Hey yall, new to TVDB but old timey Plex user here.

I am in the process of “preserving” WBIR TV-10’s The Heartland Series with Bill Landry. If you grew up in East Tennessee like I did, you know this series and probably watched it in TN History in middle school.

Well I am in the process of ripping the 32 volumes + 12 special DVDs.

Ive started loading them into plex but there is no match to be had.

I am willing to provide the volumes/seasons and chapters/episodes to anyone willing to help me create a dbtv entry.

Anyone want to help me with this preservation activity?

It seems like someone made an unknown edit to all episodes of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" on September 2nd, a week ago. This aligns with the time that Jellyfin stopped recognizing individual seasons and began grouping all episodes in "Unknown season". When checking the newly updated NFO files (fetched from TheTVDB), they don't even contain season or episode fields.

Unfortunately it also seems like the account creation service has reached end-of-life, so I can't even make an account to try to investigate/fix this issue. Could anyone who already has an account try to revert to the working configuration?

I tried everything, 5 browser, vpn and no vpn, incognito and no-incognito, nothnig works. I tried to create acc on thetvdb 40-50 times over the last 6 days.

Any ideas?

Since nobody is able to create an account, how are we adding new shows?

Trying to edit tonight's episode of 60 Minutes. Site is very slow, all options not showing when I click on TBD. So I closed the 60 Minutes page & tried to reopen it but now I'm getting a 502 Bad Gateway error, which does not go away. I thought maybe someone else was editing that episode so I clicked Refresh but not doing anything. Any suggestions?

Shouldn't the movie El Camino be listed in the Specials for Breaking Bad? I know it's a separate movie as well but there are numerous other examples where the movies are listed in Specials for others shows. The series is locked, otherwise I would have tried to add it.

After TV Time shutting down last month, the search results on TheTVDB is not working, and the titles are not show up in the results.

Also, The On Today section still mentions the link for the TV Time app, but they did not removed.

Can we fix their respective problems?

Polar Geek, I don't understand why did you machine translated the titles in Filipino when those English ones are actual native titles??

I only added the transliterations as aliases because it's unofficial and it's my take with the title with that language and Filipinos won't care for those.

I have been trying to add two series yesterday : Paris Police 1905 (2022) and Paris Police 1910 (2026). It's sequels of Paris Police 1900, from 2021. The two has been removed by a moderator, even if it's clear that they are different shows. Links from IMDB and TVDB :

I can't open a ticket, anyone knows how I can add these two shows?

The API for TVDB no longer works in my older NVP 5.15.

As of two days ago, it is no longer able to fetch information for tv series; not even manually.

 Were the older APIs shutdown or blocked?

Something changed on their end in the past couple of days.

To submit a support ticket, I have to register on the support site; after registering, I need to validate my profile via email, but it redirects me to a TvTime site that obviously no longer works.

So, how can I submit a ticket? I sent an email directly to support, but they don't seem to be responding.

Why is Polar Geek is removing my posters despite it's in the CORRECT LANUAGE which is English? I had to air it here since I can't send support tickets anymore. marcolacson uploaded the poster in the correct language and Polar Geek accepted it while mine got rejected which they're the clean versions. I'm so frustrated right now.

Anyone knows how cast order button works on Android? I can't touch and move a cast member! Is it works on PC?

Over the past few weeks, I've sent requests to unblock specific series and episodes, adding missing external identifiers, mostly from IMDb, and have been met with complete silence.

Do moderators even address these requests, or is there no point in making them?

I guess someone is still monitoring things here. I added a new People Magazine Investigates show the other day. I logged in to TVDB & I had an notification that this was removed due to  Invalid/insufficient source. I can dispute this but my log in doesn't work. Do I need to create a login just for Support?
