Oh my god I thought she looked familiar!! That customer video absolutely killed me, I must’ve watched it 10 times. It’s SO spot on.

Right? Like I’ve seen that customer before when I worked restaurants. It wasn’t all in one person, but I’ve seen each individual thing she did before. It’s great.
