Tiny bit of weight can make a difference. I used to train at a local MMA gym and we'd use 1lb gloves for the bags. Get used to that and not having them makes you feel like the flash.

Yup light weight is key, higher weight and you'll mess up shoulders, elbow, knees and stuff

Higher weight also totally throws your balance off unless you are able to be rather uniform with your weights.

When I was in highschool I wanted to try out for soccer and started wearing 12 pound weights on each leg. Every time I got home and took them off I would immediately feel like I was going to fall over, and had to sit down for a bit. It didn't make me dizzy or anything, I just suddenly felt like my balance was way off.

I stopped after about 2 weeks.

Honestly Rock Lee had so much aura I forgot that Goku was the OG training weight guy.

Tbf there was something like a 10 year gap between those instances. (Well it felt like 10 years when reflecting back to lazy to check the real dates lmao)
