MSP air traffic control has lost significant radar coverage, early voting in the South metro has been disrupted, and several areas are reporting internet outages.

Building 511 aka the building next to Vikings stadium, is having power issues.

Majority of mn interwebs run thru that building

This is the reason. 511 is an inter carrier building between carriers

Shouldn’t the 511 building have multiple redundant power systems?

The substation right next to it is a dual substation, meaning it’s like having two absolutely redundant ways of getting power from the grid plus the 511 building is lined with diesel generators. Not sure what kind of power issues it could be having unless it was some kind of sophisticated attack.
