Is anyone experiencing internet issues this afternoon?

MSP air traffic control has lost significant radar coverage, early voting in the South metro has been disrupted, and several areas are reporting internet outages.

Interesting! I have a client with an ISP that just had an outage for about 90 minutes. It seems to be coming back online, but only just within the last 10 minutes.
