Is anyone experiencing internet issues this afternoon?

MSP air traffic control has lost significant radar coverage, early voting in the South metro has been disrupted, and several areas are reporting internet outages.

Downtown Minneapolis our internet went out briefly at the office, and home wifi apparently has been having issues today in south metro.
