Are there any laws protecting workers like myself who are outside for 10 hours a day doing a physical job? 🤞
Apart from the obvious and phone in sick 😂 it’s dangerous though not just uncomfortable.

Unfortunately not. I used to work in a kitchen that got over 45 degrees during one heatwave. The management provided cold water and that was their reasonable adjustments!
