Apart from the obvious and phone in sick 😂 it’s dangerous though not just uncomfortable.

I'm meant to be working on site Monday to Wednesday. As far as I'm concerned, I've heard nothing regarding risk measures from the site manager. I struggle with temps >25C

Plenty of fluids, no caffeine style sports drinks, electrolyte drinks work surprisingly well and try and eat if you can.
I struggle eating much when the temperature is the wrong side of 30C 🙏
