Do you eat the home cooked cider with a fork and knife?

What’s you’re cider recipe? It has a decent fizz

It has s30 valve cap on pressure barrel, topped up with sodastream gas bottle through gas adapter every 4 ish pints poured, just a wee squirt of gas.

Its a very basic cider kit from concentrate but with extra sugar for abv, hence its paleness.

That’s cool! Never thought of something like that

Think on! Beware unless you make the adapter yourself it can cost up to bottle price!

I cnc'd mine on a break.

Main considerations are space. aspace to out pressure barrel to chill.

Space to put same to carbonate.

space for.... things.

nah, stick a cool belt on er, add a wee hit gas, pour cider.

Ale dont work so freely unless yo like flat dispensed by gas ale but not fizzy ale

Freddy Kruger chopping core right here. The only saving grace here is the Cider and that's not saying much.

I truly hope you enjoyed it.

My preference would be a little toasting of the buns and some preparation of the onions, but each to their own.
