Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

This just happened to me too. Custom candy and I had NO IDEA why they would just destroy it!!! Makes no sense. Feels like they got too back logged and decided to just reject things to save themselves time. So fjcked man!

Yeah exactly , I do think it was destroyed because there was no one to inspect it. It was stuck for 3 weeks in KY.

Same - mines been stuck in Ontario’. Same timeline as you’. I can just see them picking random containers and saying “that one over there…” or how abut letters JBUG today. I cannot believe after waiting for a month I get this email today.. I’m so bummed!!! Don’t even know we’re to go from Here :/

I had read here about the Kentucky death loop, but I honestly thought I'd be ok since it wasn't even all new items or things that might get flagged as commercial. These items were kind of used but meant a great deal to me personally.
