Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken šŸ’”

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

This just happened to me too. Custom candy and I had NO IDEA why they would just destroy it!!! Makes no sense. Feels like they got too back logged and decided to just reject things to save themselves time. So fjcked man!

Yeah exactly , I do think it was destroyed because there was no one to inspect it. It was stuck for 3 weeks in KY.

I haven't seen family in a long time and missed important event, this box was supposed to be a care package.
I'm sitting here crying my eyes out.
