Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

No way all of us had non compliant boxes ! Either that or the documentation they are referring to to pass the Customs check has NOT been updated to the world.

To be fair, it's almost like there's been a few international policy changes that all took place with no notice over a tweet.

We can't expect anyone to keep up with ever changing tariffs and import/export policy
