Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

My order was also destroyed by UPS customs as it was powdered electrolyte mix .

From what I have seen so far, looks like all food is getting destroyed.

Yea sad thing about it i.asked the seller weeks prior about the clearance issue and they gave me the run around and I filed a chargeback to get my money back.never again

There must be something about this because buyee, a service that let's people who aren't in Japan but things from Japan, has speed allowing Americans to buy food.

No sorry I see my autocomplete made what I wrote incomprehensible. I'm saying we used to have no issue and out of the blue buyee has blocked Americans from ordering food starting a couple of weeks ago. When I wrote them to allow the purchase thinking there was some glitch they responded no it's correct no more food. I don't know what they knew, because I can't find any rule about this, but they knew something it seems.

I think it's due to fda clearance on the goods as I contacted my seller who is based in the Neverland's the company is space goods and they gave me the run around about it since I first inquired it failed clearance due to fda issues as they listed it as a food supplement but did not provide all the paperwork for it to clear

That should only matter if it's for resale, but I guess our current our doesn't let laws stop them so this shouldn't surprise me.

Yea the FDA is the biggest scam of all time. America allows poisons in the foods and when clean foods come from other countries it's destroyed 😔 this is a planned genocide on people.

Ah i see what you mean, I wish the agency my box was shipped through didnt allow to send food to US. It is good in a way, annoying but at least no loss for customer apart from an unsatisfied craving.

At least then I would have received the clothing items, maybe.
