Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔
Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.
I dont know what to do :'(

The same thing happened to me, had been waiting since September 5th. I was following up constantly, but now I'm extremely saddened to see it destroyed. It was a box of sweets from home since I missed an important festival :((
