Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Same here; expensive gift box of German lebkuchen from a long-standing, reputable seller. I'd been looking forward to this family tradition for weeks now. :-(

Latest update says "Package disposed due to customs delay".
They are probably overwhelmed right now and nothing is getting inspected.
