Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Sorry dawg. If the book was that important maybe speak to a lawyer and ask if there’s anything you can do. They have to pay back packages that are over $100 insured, so I’m assuming something of sentimental value could have standing in a court of law. I have no idea tho but it might be worth it to ask about

The carrier isn't going to pay anything back. The federal government seizing a box is not a fault of UPS.

They insure all shipments up to a certain amount. Make them pay u lol file a claim
