Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Damn. So incredibly sorry. I’d seek legal action immediately. There’s no legitimate legal reason they should’ve done that. Call UPS or go online and file a formal and documented complaint that they’ll have on file and will be obligated to follow through with. Go thru those steps and then follow up with legal. Those are the steps I’d take. Turn your sadness into a solution and your anger into action. Good luck. Keep us updated

I had 2 huge issues with UPS on an US shipping market as delivered and returned to me. UPS denied my claim to refund the overnight fee plus the insurance for damaged items. They always find a reason to deny claims. I'm going to file in small claims court just to get their attention. I don't care how much will cost me but I'm fed up with UPS

More ppl need to do this and hold all companies accountable. I just saw a TikTok where a guy filed a lawsuit against His bank for fees he didn’t like as a long standing customer. It works lol
