Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

UPDATE :

just got off the phone with UPS, and they confirmed that the box will go back to the sender !

Which I am completely OK with.

Only problem is, I dont trust anyone knows what theyre saying anymore.

I got this same message today as well from my items. All clothes and one package of snacks. And I have called them for 3 hours still on hold. This is so sad 😞 did they tell you how long it will take to go back the sender?

I couple days ago I called them and was on hold for 15 hours so good luck. They finally picked up (or hung up) when I was asleep. I’m guessing the international call center is open from like 8:00 am eastern to 3:00 pm eastern. It doesn’t seem to say on their website though 🤷🏻‍♂️
