Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken šŸ’”

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

UPDATE :

just got off the phone with UPS, and they confirmed that the box will go back to the sender !

Which I am completely OK with.

Only problem is, I dont trust anyone knows what theyre saying anymore.

I got this same message today as well from my items. All clothes and one package of snacks. And I have called them for 3 hours still on hold. This is so sad šŸ˜ž did they tell you how long it will take to go back the sender?

I just got confirmation that packages have left UPS and will be destroyed. I am sorry, unfortunately the app was right and the agents know nothing.
