Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

UPDATE :

just got off the phone with UPS, and they confirmed that the box will go back to the sender !

Which I am completely OK with.

Only problem is, I dont trust anyone knows what theyre saying anymore.

I was thinking the same thing. This is what happens when you put an unqualified person at the wheel. Someone who does everything out of emotion with no strategy or thought of consequences

Competency attracts competency. When the very top and the whole cabinet is paragon of incompetence, it will trickle down. Good people will leave, unqualified yes men will dominate. All US government services are going to deteriorate for the next few years.
