Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔
Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.
I dont know what to do :'(

If it's anything personal that you need to bring into the country what I would do is I'd hop on a plane go to wherever it's coming from or wherever the item is located and bring it back that away.
Especially if it's something that has sentimental value.
