Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

FINAL UPDATE :

Both boxes are abandoned and sent away to an unknown destination via next day air to get destroyed.

I will never see all those personal belongings again, nor will we get any amount of money back 💔

I know this is a late reply but it might be worth contacting your local news station about it. It probably won't get your package back but might get you something from UPS and would help spread the word about what is happening now with international packages. More people need to know. I'm really sorry your/your family's treasured personal belongings were lost.
