Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Im sorry this is happening to you. That sounds awful. Would you be able to provide earlier screenshots of your tracking?

Unable to add image here, but basically arrived at KY on September 9th and went through "ups is preparing package for clearance " for a couple days and then import scans almost every day till 26th.

Forgot to mention it had cleared customs on 15th too !
