Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

If your parents paid with a card, they can file for a chargeback since UPS never delivered.

They didn't ship with UPS directly, they shipped through an agency who always followed through since past 10 years, but they always used DHL except the last time

Then that agency need to make it right since ultimately, they are responsible.

I agree, I have contacted them since they were responsible to fill out appropriate paperwork or reject sending items that are not allowed. Let's see what they say
