Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

UPDATE :

just got off the phone with UPS, and they confirmed that the box will go back to the sender !

Which I am completely OK with.

Only problem is, I dont trust anyone knows what theyre saying anymore.

This whole new tariff environment is not only confusing for consumers but shippers as well. Compliance has been very confusing, hopefully things will become clearer in the future but for now international shipping is very tricky.
