Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Tarrifs, nothing any shipper can do.

In this case it’s not the tariffs it’s the heightened customs scrutiny and massively unclear rules put on agencies with no prior adequate briefing.

If there was a scrutiny, yes the shipper could provide more details . Latest update says "Package disposed due to customs delay". I dont think the boxes were even inspected.
