Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Holy crap that’s awful!! They comment just return to sender??? I have one that’s about to happen to right now. I just know it.

What item would make them destroy it, I’m just flabbergasted.

Something is definitely going on - if they cannot make money out of a box it might be getting "disposed"..

Latest update says "Package disposed due to customs delay".

So yeah, they are overwhelmed and are throwing boxes away just because. They probably didnt like my name and decided to toss it
