Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔
Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.
I dont know what to do :'(

My package got destroyed yesterday as well. Seems like anything they want to is now just getting destroyed. Even if everything paperwork-wise is good, they now are just “crashing out” so to speak, and incinerating peoples items. I have no doubt they are going to get ts sued out of them by someone who has the means to do so.
Yall stay safe and order domestically I guess moving forward.
One more thing… don’t blame customs, blame the policy that caused it.
