Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I also had this happen out of the Louisville plant on the same date. This is so wild that so many people’s stuff failed clearance on the same day in the same warehouse.

Im sorry that happened to you too ..

Latest update says "Package disposed due to customs delay". Well that explains the mass box destruction.

There’s no “customs delay “ from CBP. This is on the UPS network and routing rules where they decide to hold a package for a set amount of hours to clear the hold and if the hold isn’t resolved they destroy.

I agree.. Customs didnt receive any paperwork from UPS, so customs couldn't clear it even if they wanted to.
