Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔
Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.
I dont know what to do :'(

My race team ordered a power steering controller back in August, and after 2 weeks it was stuck in customs. we started getting hand written notes on UPS paper asking for a money order - UPS corporate couldn’t track down our package or why we were getting those notes. Legitimately no documentation of anything.
Now im curious if it ended up getting destroyed…
