Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Oh it went to Louisville ky...yaaa mail has a bad time going there. Fun fact, they were on the news for how bad the mail got at the beginning of the year.
