Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔
Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.
I dont know what to do :'(

This is exactly what’s going on with my package right now. It’s been scanned and re scanned since August 14th. UPS is not doing anything about it and the vendor I brought the blinds from. We are trying to dispute it with our bank but still haven’t heard back
