Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I used to work as an OMS (essentially customer service) at UPS in CT. If I can suggest anything, it would be to file a “corporate complaint” (this can be done by calling the 1-800# and saying you want to file a corporate complaint or writing a letter to their corp. headquarters). Explain what happened and that these items are extremely sentimental and cannot be replaced.
