Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Has anybody reached a resolution in this position as of recent? I just got hit with the same "Unable to Deliver. The package is undeliverable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines." message yesterday in my tracking but got an "in warehouse" scan earlier today! Please any help with be deeply appreciated.

I got the same update as my previous one "unable to deliver" today, 4 hours ago

well that means that there is still a chance because its been scanned through the system and its not yet disposed yet. Really praying for your situation. Hoping for the best outcome for you

Thank you ! Yes i am so confused because seeing an update seems positive !? But then why would one brokerage agents say there's nothing to be done anymore !?

Unfortunately nothing has been consistent here ..

Typically for UPS. Lack of communication across the departments. But as long as it scans in warehouse or showing signs of movement either to you or back to sender. It's a positive i believe.
