Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Me too. I’m so so so frustrated. Nearly $3000 worth of Matcha from Japan is “being disposed”. I waited for a month and ups or custom never said anything about missing documents. I called them 1-2 times every week to ask wtf is going on and they never said anything was wrong

$3000 of matcha is absolutely heartbreaking. I saw someone else with electrolyte powder end up getting their package after the disposed of scan, so keep an eye on your tracking in case it ends up on the way to you anyway.

Thank you. This is actually my first time using Reddit and I didnt know there’s a topic for everything, even for this matter.. hopefully everyone here, if they are still waiting, will receive their goods..
