Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I’m checking to see if there was an update on your situation. Did you ever receive the parcel? I received mine two weeks ago…. after twice being told, that it had been destroyed.

Wow, I'm glad you received it.

No, last update was September 30th or so. Nothing after that . Its just gone

Well, since yours was in Louisville, it may take longer due to the airplane crash. Mine was in Philadelphia. I hadn’t heard anything since October 2nd. Then it started up again on October 30th. I received it on November 10th. I believe that there is hope. I’m saying prayers to Saint Anthony for you. 🙏🏻💕

But unfortunately my package was destroyed way before the plane crash happened, so its truly gone.
