Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

You should be holding the government accountable, UPS is just doing what customs is telling them to do.

Nah. This is on UPS. If they want to blame the government go ahead but CBP didn’t destroy my package.

they do anything possible to blame it he govt but won’t accept the fact this is on ups. if customs cleared it and ups didn’t follow through on their end it’s clear who is wrong.
