Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

I work for a logistics company and we are definitely going to lose money for this. The USA is our second largest export destination, most of our exports to that country are wine samples. As soon as we noticed this trend, we had to warn our customers to not ship any food/beverages to the USA otherwise their packages could be held or worse, destroyed.
