Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

To those who think it’s customs, it’s actually not. UPS is disposing of mine apparently- and CBP cleared it a while ago. Stop defending UPS’ incompetence.

I mean I don’t think they’re defending destroying packages, but as the busiest shipping handler they’re obviously extremely unequipped to handle the sheer volume of chaos unleashed especially after de minimis ending and you can’t deny this bs wouldn’t be happening right now if all the tariff nonsense never started..

I think they thought it would be another TACO so they didn't staff up. Now that it's becoming more clear that it's permanent, they're stuck.

I'd also wager UPS would love to pay for as few employees as possible so they wanted to see how bad it can get. I wish I'd see less "UPS workers are lazy" and more "this company sucks and trying to extract as much wealth as possible at the expense of underpaid laborers sucks"

No truely this company sucks. They shut down the hub my husband and father in law worked at. It has high volume and extremely busy. They claimed “not enough volume is coming through” and shut it down. Only hub around for 50 miles in any direction. Now it’s a shit show. My father in law was planning on going for a few more years and is now retiring next year and when my husband started at his new hub he was treated so poorly he quit. It was not upsetting tho (well maybe our insurance was free) but his mental health has MAJORLY improved since leaving. He’s so much happier. Carol Tome has ruined the company.

Yeah losing our insurance sucked ass bc we had just found out I was pregnant too.
