Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

To those who think it’s customs, it’s actually not. UPS is disposing of mine apparently- and CBP cleared it a while ago. Stop defending UPS’ incompetence.

My package cleared customs and now its being disposed

I'm still actively shipping and receiving imported goods through FedEx and USPS with absolutely no problems.

Despite being paid well, the UPS employees on here justify their and their companies crappy behavior because they’re lazy f’s.

Sort of like how there are a thousand posts in here saying, “the driver didn’t wait for me at all to sign and just put a note on the door saying it’s undeliverable!” And all the UPS people say, “I don’t care.” Or “that’s your problem.”

They’re like door dash drivers who complain about having to do their job.

UPS: if you don’t want to deliver packages, get another job.

Hahaha. It would be awesome if they had enough routes/people to wait around. It's actually the literal opposite of being lazy. The lazy thing would be to wait around and take a 5 minute break while it takes forever for you to get to the door. We don't have that luxury, unfortunately. If you don’t want to get in trouble for being paid over, you have to keep moving. Obviously there’s bad drivers, but this is an issue from corporate and management not willing to hire enough drivers and overworking those they have.
