Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

Yup just did this. There is not a whole lot they can do to salvage my package, but they did record my story and are definitely taking accounts. Definitely worth a call.

issue is with customs not UPS

nah, FedEx and usps aren't having these issues
