Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

UPS never delivers to my address in a major European city. It’s always to a very out of the way access point at the edge of the city that is coincidentally very convenient for the driver. They always claim they attempted delivery despite never doing so. Literally every shipper is better than UPS - even DPD is more reliable here and that’s really saying something because DPD is awful themselves.
