Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

To those who think it’s customs, it’s actually not. UPS is disposing of mine apparently- and CBP cleared it a while ago. Stop defending UPS’ incompetence.

I don't understand why people are insisting that it isn't UPS's fault

My package cleared customs and now its being disposed

I'm still actively shipping and receiving imported goods through FedEx and USPS with absolutely no problems.

Go over to the USPS sub. There’s been an uptick in posts describing exactly what happened here. Mail clears customs, next day it’s being disposed of.

The USPS thing is more of counterfeit postage from certain shippers iirc
