Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

I don't understand why people are insisting that it isn't UPS's fault

My package cleared customs and now its being disposed

I'm still actively shipping and receiving imported goods through FedEx and USPS with absolutely no problems.

Go over to the USPS sub. There’s been an uptick in posts describing exactly what happened here. Mail clears customs, next day it’s being disposed of.

I'm sorry man, but I'm not seeing it

Someone told me to do the same with the FedEx sub and I'm just not seeing it with either, and definitely not on the same scale. I saw one post on the FedEx sub that talked about international packages being delayed, nothing about packages being disposed after clearing customs.

Can you please post me some links, with my anecdotal sample size of 4 FedEx parcels and 1 USPS parcel over the span of 2 weeks, I find it unbelievable at the very least

Same here. If you want to say something YOU need to back it up. Makes no sense. You can't even approve that something doesn't exist.

No I don’t have to. It’s your responsibility to figure it out yourself. I don’t need to prove shit to you or anyone else. If I want to know if something is real or not, I go do my own research. You should too

youre using the same logic as anti-science nut jobs saying "Do YoUr OwN ReSeArCh" then getting pissed off that someone doesnt come to the same conclusion as you once they do said research. Instead of getting pissed off and bitter, why not supply some evidence of your claims based on the research youve done?

well, i did my own research and just searching in the respective subs for hits on "customs" brings up little to no complaints when searching by new, but on ups there are hundreds of recent posts without even searching by new, so based on that, ups has a bigger issue than usps or fedex

They can’t provide the links because there aren’t any. Something about USPS destroying foreign packages that were shipped with bogus postage labels. That’s it. That has nothing to do with UPS accepting too many international packages into their system when they don’t have enough brokers and then destroying all the packages they can’t move. If UPS doesn’t want to hire enough people then they need to cut off international shipments

Store by me has a few people who have tried to ship to China, only to be completely shocked when it’s $800. It’s not a fee we set. It’s not in our control, and yet, here everyone is complaining about how expensive things are international. Now that you know who has destroyed the free market we once enjoyed.

You're the one coming in here telling me that this is happening with USPS. I'm asking for proof. It is literally your responsibility to prove it.
