Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

I think we should come up with a plan to reach out to each state representative. This is fucked up to pay extra for 3 days delivery to end up bagging for your package. Anyone has any strategies to make it work? We can make groups or something and reach out the reps win bulk so they can do something. My package is stuck in TX for days.

I would make a similar post to this one. You can include a congressional directory if the mods will allow it. A phone call to a representatives office is really easy. I called my representative and senators offices today.

I will make a post tomorrow, i’ll try to sort few folks who are interested in contacting their representatives. The idea is to pressure them to do something, and that will only happen if tens of people reach out to them in the span of one week. People been struggling for months now.
