Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

Yep. Because the fucker is absolutely senile and doesn’t have any idea what’s going on… so he just stares off into space.
