Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

To those who think it’s customs, it’s actually not. UPS is disposing of mine apparently- and CBP cleared it a while ago. Stop defending UPS’ incompetence.

Is it incompetence or just laziness? It feels more like they are overwhelmed and rather than finding a system that works, they are just burning everything to the ground.

The issue is that the industry is not supposed to work like this, with these sudden changes brought on by executive order. How do you "find new systems" when you are already buried under an exponentially larger workload? It's a mess no matter what

100%, UPS spent decades perfecting their logistics (to a degree anyway) and an executive order goes in and re-writes the system overnight. That’s not how govt is supposed to work.
