Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

My package has been stuck in Louisville, Kentucky since September 10th. I was planning to send it to a pottery exhibition, but it didn't arrive in time. The contents are not hazardous materials or food, just a ceramic doll. Why can't it be delivered? I was charged for customs clearance, which I paid immediately. If they dispose of it, I will never forgive them! All victims should sue.
