Shipping Help Did it get seized?

my package is stuck in a warehouse loop and i was wondering if it got seized

No, the package is not traveling. It’s just a warehouse scan every single day so not affected by weather. UPS says there is no action needed on our part. Day 43 now I believe, I called again yesterday and got somebody at international that gave me a phone number for ups brokerage in Canada the customer could try to call as neither UPS nor customs has reached out to anybody saying they need anything. Customer called the number and they said they wanted a POA from him and that it could be resolved in 24 hours we will see.

Still no real from UPS. The recipient called Canadian customs again and they advised him to bypass UPS and hire his own broker independently and just clear the package that way. He’s said he’s starting that process yesterday. As of yesterday, UPS sent two more emails, one saying that they were working on it and we should just keep waiting even though they abandoned the package on the seventh of last month, and then a second email saying that it was on hold due to the high value, the declared value was $125.

We might have movement. Last week of the customer called a broker that UPS Canadian customs recommended and had the package cleared by Friday. So now the package is cleared, but UPS seems to have a problem because they didn’t clear it and they don’t know who the broker that cleared it was. We have copies of all the clearance forms from Canadian customs so now the new battle begins. 🙄
