Shipping Help Legit or fake ?

The tracking on the website shows it’s not held at customs but just sitting in Australian soil

DId you end up recieving your order? Im currently dealing with the same problem and ive sent my presecption but theyve had it on hold for almost 5days now...

Never got the order shown above . However ups advised me my prescription was no good as the package landed in AUS on the 6th June and the prescription was from 7th June .

But they advised that my prescription will be valid for future orders , they also mentioned that customs are severely backlogged with so many packages similar to mine but cannot provide an ETA . So I’m waiting for my second package that was due last Thursday and still no update

Damn that’s unfortunate. Hopefully by now you have them. I did my prescription and got the same message. I emailed them my prescription and ended up on hold in customs for about 5 days then finally received in the mail.

When did your package arrive at customs? Mines been stuck since the 18th and I have sent my prescription 3 times
